DOKIDOKIDOKI is an indie T-shirt store that designs tees for geeks of all kinds: computer nerds, Japanophiles, Anime otaku, and lovers of old school Retro style videogames, particularly Retro RPG games! Also, DokiDokiDoki has branded and come up with the idea of blending Andy Warhol style pop art with traditional Japanese Ukiyo-e prints. The result are cool shirts that are quirky, weird, different, and interesting- Just like you!

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

FOR SHIPPING-
Orders will be shipped by the printing company within 2-14 days of receiving an order. In most cases, shipping will be within a week for domestic orders (USA). Please allow at least 14 days to receive your order. 

FOR RETURNS – 
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for choosing the wrong size, wrong color, or because you changed your mind. We are an indie T-shirt company that, quite frankly, can’t afford to be that gracious. Sorry about that.
However, if the shirt you received is the wrong shirt, or there is some kind of flaw in the shirt, or it’s defective in any way, we WILL replace that shirt. 
TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE SHIRT-
-You MUST send clear photographic proof of the shirt being defective. Videos are also okay. Send them using our CONTACT EMAIL on the CONTACT page. 
-You must send the photo/video within 10 days of receiving the defective or incorrect shirt. Anything past 10 days will NOT be accepted. 
-You do not have to send back the defective shirt. 
-After we contact the printing company, they will send out the correct shirt within 30 days of receiving the request from us. 

We take care to make sure that all our t-shirts meet excellent standards of care. If you do find yourself not satisfied with our t-shirts, please do us a favor and just get in touch with us before flaming us online. We do want to make sure you are a happy customer. But we also have limits to what we can do for you. Be a human being with us, and we’ll do the same!
