REFUNDS

Refunds are not given by the owner of this website, but by the fans who choose to sell their items on this site. Therefore, it’s important to read any refund policy that is given by a seller, or ask the seller about his/her refund policy. The owner of this site is NOT responsible for any items that are not shipped by sellers. However, the owner of the site will do everything in his power to make sure all sales are completed. If a seller fails to deliver the item or does anything else contrary to what they say they will do, this may result in a ban from using the site, as well as legal action pursued, and possible financial withdrawals from the seller’s sales account to be given to the buyer, as per the owner of this website’s discretion. A careful and thorough investigation will occur before a decision is made. 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not permit products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. However, ALL returns and return policies are up to the seller of the items. Every seller may have a different return policy, so please make sure to read the seller’s return policy, if provided, or ask the seller about the return policy.
